Hi, I’m Bryan Banuelos
Software Developer

I’m a former compliance analyst turned front-end software developer. I've recently completed the Dapp University Blockchain Developer Bootcamp where I learned about the Ethereum Virtual Machine, basics of cryptography, how to work with Solidity, JavaScript, Node.Js, React, CSS and HTML. I've worked on creating testing scripts in Hardhat, creating ERC-20 tokens, and writing web functionality with JavaScript. Ultimately, I developed a full stack cryptocurrency exchange using all of my attained skills.

Additionally, i'm currently enrolled in the Meta Front-End Developer certification course to strengthen my JavaScript, React, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS skills.

  • Leveraged data from ADP Vantage database to analyze field employee data for new Paid Time Off plan by creating a cost analysis spreadsheet with multiple proposal options
  • Liaised with vendor partners (Fidelity, ADP, American Funds, and Brown & Brown) to ensure benefit and retirement compliance projects and business processes are delivered in a timely and efficient manner to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Implemented compliance calendar to ensure federal and local benefit laws and vendor deadlines were met by leveraging Microsoft 365 Power Automate to notify team up to 30 days in advance of upcoming compliance tasks or deadlines.
